These terms apply to your use of the PrePress app for Canva ("PrePress") and the tinkabell.com.au website. PrePress is provided by Tinkabell Pty Limited (ABN 40 103 646 788), trading as WebToday ("Tinkabell", "we"). By using PrePress you agree to these terms.

What PrePress is

PrePress is a checking tool. It looks at your design and reports possible print problems, such as low image resolution, missing bleed and text near the page edge.

It is a guide, not a guarantee

PrePress gives you information to help you make decisions. It may miss problems, or flag things that are not problems, because of limits in what Canva shares with apps (for example, how an image is cropped) and because printers have different requirements. A clean result does not guarantee that a printer will accept your file or that your print will turn out as you expect. Always check your printer's own requirements and proof before you order.

Free to use

PrePress is free. We may change it, add to it or stop providing it at any time.

Your designs

Your designs and content belong to you. PrePress does not copy, store or send them anywhere. See our privacy policy at tinkabell.com.au/privacy.

Using PrePress fairly

Please do not misuse PrePress, interfere with it, or try to copy or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows. PrePress and its text, design and code are owned by Tinkabell. You may use it, but you do not own it.

Limit of liability

PrePress is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, such as the cost of a print job, that results from using PrePress or from relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Canva

PrePress runs inside Canva. Your use of Canva is covered by Canva's own terms. Tinkabell is not affiliated with Canva, and Canva is a trademark of its owner.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using PrePress after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
