Tinkabell Pty Limited (ABN 40 103 646 788), trading as WebToday ("Tinkabell", "we") makes the PrePress app for Canva. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use PrePress and when you visit this website.

PrePress does not collect your information

PrePress runs inside Canva, in your browser. When you choose Scan design, it reads the images and text in your design and works out the results on your own device.

• We do not receive your designs, images or text.
• We do not run a server for the app, and the app does not send data to us or to any third party.
• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking in the app.
• We do not ask for your name, email address or any account details in the app.
• We do not keep anything about your use of the app. The only things we store are your choices of units and margin, and those stay in the app while it is open.

PrePress uses features that Canva provides, and Canva handles your design under its own terms and privacy policy. See canva.com/policies/privacy-policy.

When you contact us

When you email us or submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide: first name, last name, email, optional phone number and message. We use them to respond to your enquiry and improve our service, not to subscribe you to marketing. Please do not send your design files or sensitive information.

Website submissions are stored in Wix Forms and may create or update a Wix contact record. Wix processes this information as our service provider. Our service providers may process information outside your country; see Wix’s privacy policy for details.

We keep enquiry information for up to two years, then delete it, unless a longer period is required by law. We do not sell it. For people in the EEA, responding to enquiries is based on taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Optional tracking, if introduced, will be based on consent.

This website and cookies

This site is hosted by Wix. Hosting and security services may process technical logs such as IP address and requested pages. We store your cookie preference for six months. No optional advertising or analytics tools are currently enabled by Tinkabell. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. See our cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@webtoday.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If applicable under data protection law, you may also ask for restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@webtoday.com.au to make a request.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If we ever change PrePress so that it collects information, we will say so here first.
